This four-day experience will take you on a journey of discovering your Vision and your Potential to Inspire the World.
This Retreat is about you - it’s an opportunity for you to retreat from your life. To remove the constant external stimulation, to become one with yourself.
Mornings begin with Breathwork sessions, setting the stage for Clarity and renewed Focus.
Afternoons are dedicated to Mindset workshops, where you’ll break free from limiting beliefs and cultivate empowering ones, fueling your Energy and Confidence.
Evenings are for Embodiment practices, including diverse yoga asanas and stretch movements, allowing you to gain Flexibility and Calm your Nervous System.
In between sessions, indulge in moments of Relaxation and Rejuvenation by the pool or on hikes.
Curolla Petit Hotel
The place
Curolla is a stylish and sustainable boutique hotel.
It is located in one of the historic buildings of the town of Maria de la Salut. The main building dates from before 1840, revealing its majesty and typical Mallorcan stately architecture. All rooms are elegant and cozy with a minimalistic style. The cuisine is plant-based, sugar free and gluten-free on demand.

The tastefully furnished rooms are flooded with natural light and each has its own private bathroom.

Payment Conditions
My retreats are intimate and private, with no more than 12 guests, so spots get booked up quickly!
Secure your spot with a non-refundable deposit or do a Single Payment.
Deposit (Reservation): A non-refundable deposit payment of CHF 500 per person will ensure no one else will take your spot without having to pay all upfront.
The remaining balance is due by September 26, 2024. If full payment is not received by the due date, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
A payment plan can be arranged.
Single payment: There is no way you’re missing out.
Process:
- Upon submission of the booking form, we will provide you with the bank details for the payment. Subsequently, the booking will be binding.
- Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the full payment.
Cancellation policy
Until 8 weeks prior the arrival date we charge 80% the arrangement price
From 4 weeks prior the arrival date we charge 100% of the arrangement price
In the unlikely event that the retreat is necessitated to be cancelled, we shall issue a refund of your payments.
Please note we are not liable for any additional expenses such as your travel expenses & insurances.
Liability
The organizer will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained by a participant.
Changes to the retreat program
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the retreat program as necessary.
Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless the deposit has already been paid.
Booking Order
Bookings and Room preferences are taken on a first come first serve basis.
Disclaimer
While breathwork can be beneficial for many, there are conditions where caution or avoidance may be necessary:
- History of seizures or epilepsy
- First Trimester of Pregnancy
- Detached retina or any eye condition
- Psychotic episodes
By signing up for this retreat, you confirm that you do not have any of the above-mentioned conditions and release us from any liability related to your participation.

Direct with Swiss, Chair or Vueling
We suggest renting a car (e.g. via Rentalcars) for your time in Mallorca. If you wish, we’ll connect you with the other participants so you can coordinate together.
Of course you can also organize an Airport Shuttle.
